PVC/PE/PP/ WPC profile extrusion machine can produce all kinds of profile, including

Our screw loader was set with limited switch, which can guarantee feeding enough but not feeding over.
We have DTC300, DTC500 and DTC1000 models for you to choose from according to capacity requirements.
a. Extruder is driven by SIEMENS motor and its speed is adjusted by ABB inverter.
Screw & barrel adopt nitriding process whose hardness could be 800-900HV. Its material is 38CrMoAlA, normally bi-metallic. And if too much Ca2Co3 is added in your formulation, you can choose SKD material.
b. It is equipped with parallel twin screw feeder, which feeds equally and continuously.
c. Vertical type gearbox could be chosen, which makes the machine look more beautiful and save space.
d. When the material is not dry enough, vacuum pump can be used to dry it enough by pulling out the air changed from melting water.
e. According to different products and capacity requirement, we have
SJZ45, SJZ51, SJZ55, SJZ65, SJZ80 & SJZ92 models for you to choose from.
This part machine is used to support dies, supply water and vacuum.
a. Aluminum guider is used to set cooling & forming dies.
b. Water pump + stainless steel water tank + water tie-in ensures enough cooling water to cool the products and sizing processing.
c. Vacuum pump + tie-in is used to make vacuum space of the forming die which is needed to shape PVC profiles.
d. Profiles with different widths need different model vacuum calibration table as well as haul-off & cutter.
For example, for 150mm & 200mm wide window profile, we should choose YF240 model while for 600m & 800mm door panel, we should choose YF800 model.
Rubber type haul-off unit is used to support enough hauling force to guarantee a continuous production process.
a. It is driven by SIEMENS motor and its speed adjusting by ABB inverter.
b. It is equipped with Autonics encoder, counting & supporting cutting signal to cutter.
When cutter gets the cutting signal, motors start working and cutting the profile. After cutting, the profile length is the same as client’s requirement (length can be set, in the driven SIEMENS PLC of cutter)
It is used to store finished profile and waiting package.
Raw material + additive → mixing → screw loader → parallel twin screw feeder → SJZ Series conical twin screw extruder → extrusion die → vacuum calibration table →2 claw haul off machine → cutting machine → stacker
Note:
1.Other Auxiliary Machines, such as crusher, mixer, will be provided according to client’s requirements
2.PVC imitation marble profile production line needs hot stamping before hauling off additionally.

1)The extrusion line applies SJZ serials of conical twin screw extruder with imported inverter, which provides wide adjusting range and precise temperature control.

3)The calibration unit is equipped with strong forced cooling system so that it can provide perfect calibrating effect.
4)The pedrail hauler is equipped with precision gear motor and inverter, which possesses
reasonable structure, strong and stable hauling force.
5)The cutting machine is equipped with PLC control system which helps to set length and provide accurate automatic cutting.
6)The stacker is covered white rubber grip block to prevent products from damage.
