Benk Machinery Co LTD’s PE, PP Film/Woven Bag Recycling Line is able to recycle different kinds of materials like PE, PP plastic film, PP woven bags, waste agricultural films, waste soft drip irrigation pipes, industrial packing films, supermarket packing films, etc. In the recycling line, there are the following units: shredder, crusher, friction washer, floating tank, squeezer. The recycling machine’s capacity range is from 300-1500 kg/h. Our film washing line can assure precise and efficient decontamination of waste films with both cold and hot washing systems, adopting the most efficient recycling technologies. The final products after washing can reach very high quality, which can be used alone or blended with other materials into reprocessing, even in new film blowing applications.
