1. Benk will supply different data of HDPE Extrusion Line as per your demands and useful for HDPE Pipe, such as different application of pipe, different size, the pressure of the pipe.
2. Benk’s screw and barrel are designed with a special layout and produced by Bi-metallic in order to make sure good plasticizing when the barrel is high-speed rotation, then can achieve higher output with lower power consumption.
3. Benk uses an integrated gravity gauging system in the HDPE Extrusion Line which can test and control the quality of final pipes, then it can save the production cost for you, and reduce damaged pipes.
4. Benk uses stainless steel board SS304 with 3 mm to 5 mm thickness to make a vacuum tank and cooling tank. And all tanks are designed with a reasonable pipe layout and low power consumption.
5. Benk extrusion pipe die adopts pumping system, increase the cooling effect, reduce the length of the cooling tank, increase production effect and reduce cost for you.
