1. Large caliber spiral drainage Pipe Production Line is designed with advanced technology includes 1st single screw extruder for square shaped pipe, square-shaped pipe extrusion die, vacuum calibration water tank, spray cooling water tank, 2nd single screw extruder for melting glue material, spiral forming unit, cutting unit and stack unit.
2.1st single screw extruder for square shaped pipe and 2nd single screw extruder for melting glue material: Extrusion theory for low energy consumption and low-temperature plasticization compliant with material characteristic (heavier molecular weight), Unique screw design of distance-changing and separation of solid material and melting material, Unique design of loading system ensures large increasing of extrusion capacity. The special design of high mix-melting ensures thorough low-temperature plasticization.
3. Spiral forming unit: Adopts advanced multi-axis transmission box with the feature of high transmission force and stable running performance. The unique design of composite die-head, rotational molding after a combined feed, and two sets of extruders to extrude PE for winding pipe. The high-quality winding pipe is produced by adopting the unique winding process for pipe forming. The glue extruder can be moved in up and down, left and right direction. PLC computer control system with touch screen interface can realize the automatic and reliable operation
4. Cutting part: Saw cutting with the desired length. OMRON or MITSUBISHI PLC computer control system with touch screen interface can realize automatic and reliable operation.
5. PLC computer control system with touch screen: With super high speed and large storage capacity, Multi control points: Forming pipe extrusion, melting PE adhesive extrusion, winding and cutting process auto-tail controlled synchronously, separately controlling two extruders and winding unit in tandem with two touch screens.

1. The products have the characteristics of non-toxic, tasteless, corrosion-resistant, anti-aging, good tolerance (-70 ℃ to 80 ℃), and can be used in underground and surface areas.
2. The first extruder produces a rectangular pipe into a winding forming machine, the second extruder produces a plastic bar, then the plastic bar is pressed on the rectangular pipe and the winding pipe comes out. The outside and inside of the windpipe are smooth and neat.
3. It adopts a spiral die head and two extruder charging, realizing spiral rotational forming.
4. The advanced PLC computer control system makes it easy to operate.
5. According to different conditions of use, the production line can produce four kinds of winding pipe products with stiffness grade, up to 16knr / m2.
6. High-efficiency single screw extruder (using granule material) and energy-saving twin-screw extruder (using powder or granule) material for choice.
7. Changing some parts can also produce metal-square-profile reinforced spiral pipe.
8. A complete range of specifications, pipe range: ID200mm – ID3000mm.
